Spaghetti
with Clams

400g
spaghetti, 600g clams, 1 clove garlic, 1
decilitre extra virgin olive oil, chopped
parsley, red hot pepper (just a bit, optional),
salt. |

Frizzle
garlic and red hot pepper with oil in a wide and
low pan. Add well-washed clams, cover and wait
until open. Aside, cook spaghetti, and drain
them slightly undercooked, add them to clams,
sautè everything with chopped parsley. Some
people prefer to add little tomatoes cut in
halves and sautè aside in a frying pan. |
