beefsteaks ( 600g altogether), 500g San Marzano
tomatoes (peeled or small tomatoes can also be
used), 1 decilitre extra virgin olive oil, 1
clove garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. |

Lay
steaks in a wide pan, add chopped tomatoes (also
smashed peeled tomatoes or small ones), oil,
chopped garlic, abundant oregano and basil, salt
and pepper; cover and cook at medium heat for
one hour. The sauce can be used to season
"pizzaiola Pasta". |
